Dividend Distribution<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

For cash dividends or stock dividends<\/strong>, clients are not required to complete any procedures. On the entitlement payment date<\/strong>, the dividend will be automatically credited to the client\u2019s securities account.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Subscription Registration (Rights Issue)<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

For subscription rights related to additional share issuance<\/strong>, clients are requested to complete the subscription registration procedures at SBS as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 1:<\/strong><\/span>
Clients are required to deposit the subscription amount into their securities trading account<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 2:<\/strong><\/span>
Clients complete the Subscription Registration Form for Additional Share Issuance<\/strong> in accordance with the SBS template.<\/span><\/p>\n

Clients may visit SBS offices at the following locations:<\/span><\/p>\n

    Alternatively, clients may register for additional share subscriptions via the **STrade<\/span><\/span> online trading system or the SBS Mobile<\/span><\/span><\/strong> application:<\/span><\/p>\n

    Transfer of Subscription Rights<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

    During the permitted period for transferring subscription rights<\/strong>, clients may carry out the transfer according to the following procedures:<\/span><\/p>\n

    Step 1:<\/strong><\/span>
    Clients identify a counterparty (buyer\/seller) and mutually agree on the transfer price and payment method<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Step 2:<\/strong><\/span>
    Both the transferor and the transferee<\/strong> must visit SBS in person to complete the procedure:<\/span><\/p>\n

      Present the original valid Citizen Identity Card (CCCD) \/ Citizen Identification Card<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Sign the \u201cRequest for Transfer of Subscription Rights\u201d<\/strong> (template provided by SBS).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n
