To begin stock trading at SBS, the investor needs to open 2 different accounts: a securities trading account at SBS <\/strong>and Indirectly Invested Capital Account<\/strong><\/p>\n A. Open a stock trading account at SBS:<\/strong><\/p>\n I. The investor has two options as follows:<\/strong> 2. Open an account via mail:<\/strong> II. The required documents for opening a stock trading account include<\/strong>: a) Trading Code Application – Individual: 01 copy 2. Institution investors open custody account at SBS<\/strong> h) Advance Awaiting cash_ registration form: 01 copy 3. Institutional investors had custody accounts at custody banks already and open trading accounts at SBS:<\/strong> B. Open Indirectly Invested Capital Account (IICA):<\/strong> Note:<\/strong> Legal and Vietnamese translated copy **<\/strong> the copy is notarized by local authority of investor\u2019s home country then translated into Vietnamese and legalized at Vietnamese authority (embassy\/consulate) in investor\u2019s home country (validate 6 months after the legalized date) or certify at Notary Office (if the company established in Vietnam)<\/p>\n For the forms and procedure to open securities trading account, please contact SBS\u2019 staffs:

\n– Investors must bring the passport (original) and its legal copy* (01 copy) to our office and sign the account opening forms at our office.<\/p>\n
\n– Investors download the account opening forms to our website (www.sbsc.com.vn) or contact SBS via email at the end of this instruction<\/strong> then fill in signs and prepare all the required documents as instructions below and send all these documents to SBS.

\nInvestors should contact the banks directly to complete the procedures. SBS can assist customers with contacting Sacombank, TPBank, and Standard Chartered to inquire about the procedures for opening an account.<\/p>\n
