\u00a02. Order Matching Methods:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Continuous Matching:<\/strong>
    A trading method whereby buy and sell orders are matched immediately upon entry into the trading system.<\/li>\n
  • Negotiated (Put-through) Transactions:<\/strong>
    A trading method in which trading members mutually agree on the terms and conditions of the transaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    3. Order Matching Principles<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Price Priority:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Buy orders with\u00a0higher prices<\/strong>\u00a0are executed before those with lower prices.<\/li>\n
    • Sell orders with\u00a0lower prices<\/strong>\u00a0are executed before those with higher prices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Time Priority:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Where buy or sell orders have the\u00a0same price<\/strong>, the order\u00a0entered earlier into the trading system<\/strong>\u00a0shall receive execution priority.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. Trading Unit<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Standard lot:<\/strong>\u00a0100 shares.<\/p>\n

        Odd-lot transactions with volumes from\u00a001 to 99 shares<\/strong>\u00a0may be executed through\u00a0continuous matching or negotiated transactions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

        No specific trading unit requirement<\/strong> applies to negotiated transactions.<\/p>\n

        Negotiated transactions and odd-lot transactions are not permitted on the first trading day of newly listed shares or on the first trading day after trading resumes following a suspension of 25 days<\/strong>, until a reference price has been established based on the results of continuous order matching<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

        5. Price Quotation Unit (Tick Size)<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Tick size for shares:<\/strong> VND 100<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

        No tick size requirement<\/strong> applies to bonds and negotiated transactions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

        6. Price Fluctuation Limit<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Shares:<\/strong> \u00b1 15%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

        For shares newly registered for trading on their first trading day<\/strong>, and shares that have not recorded any transactions for 25 consecutive trading sessions<\/strong>, the price fluctuation limit on the first day of trading or the first day of resumed trading<\/strong> shall be \u00b140% compared to the reference price<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

        7. Reference Price:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        The reference price<\/strong> is determined as the weighted average price of transactions executed through the continuous matching method during the most recent preceding trading day<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

        8. Order Types:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        The applicable trading order is the Limit Order (LO)<\/strong>. A Limit Order (LO)<\/strong> remains valid from the time it is entered into the trading registration system until it is cancelled or until the end of the trading session<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

        9. Order Amendment and Cancellation During the Trading Session<\/strong><\/p>\n

         <\/p>\n

        Order amendments (price or quantity) and cancellations are only applicable to orders that have not yet been executed or to the unfilled portion of partially executed orders<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

          In case of an increase in order quantity:<\/strong>
          The order\u2019s priority will be recalculated from the time the amended order is entered into the trading system<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n
